Don't start making-out with him right after your first kiss. Take it slowly and step by step. If you go too fast, he might get the wrong idea about you.Guys like kissing: there's no doubt. Sometimes, you have to make the first move to break that awkward silence. Guys are often shy, and sometimes the girl needs to break the ice. Just remember that if you're worried about him kissing you, he's freaking out about it just as much.
If he takes you away from the crowd or to a quiet place while at a dance or the movies, this is a sign he's making the first move. Don't freak out but relax. If he's bold enough to take you aside, then he's confident enough that you won't have to worry about anything.
Direct your attention somewhere else, slowly look at him, then look directly into his eyes. Very slowly, move your face toward his if he slowly backs up make it look like you saw something in his hair or if you are the brave type just move fast and kiss him. Otherwise, wait for him to lean into you and move in for the kiss. 
Don't think too much! Just think about him--how great he looks, how happy you are when you are with him, how great he smells or feels. See the things such as is he caring, funny, fun to hang with.
Make sure the guy isn't nervous about it. That will make the tension crazy! Tension is contagious. If one of you is overly nervous, then you both will be.
The first few times that you kiss him make sure that it's not in front of a whole bunch of people--especially people that you or he knows. A lot of people are uncomfortable kissing in front of others, so enjoy it in private. Secluded areas are an excellent place to make your move!Smell great by wearing some cologne or perfume but not too much.Don't wear lipstick or sticky lip gloss as that will make him worry that he will get it all over his face. Any simple, flavored lip balm will do nicely, especially Lip Smackers with Strawberry as well as Watermelon flavors. Lip Smackers has a nice sheer color as it isn't sticky, you can get it at any drugstore and it is very kiss friendly!Listerine pocket mist and strips are great ways to zap the bad breath fast. Drink water too.
